Settlement Agreement in U.S. v. District of Columbia


On December 10, 2008, the Justice Department entered into a settlement agreement with the District of Columbia resolving its investigation into the accessibility of the District's homeless shelter program to individuals with disabilities under title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
