SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGES [as shown in brackets]:
Redistribute bedding in standard deluxe rooms with roll-in showers.
Convert 1 parlor suite into an accessible room with roll-in shower, hard-wired for hearing access.
Convert 1 presidential suite into an accessible room with roll-in shower, hard-wired for hearing access.
Provide at least 1 hearing accessible kit that could be used to convert any nonaccessible room into a hearing accessible room.
Use hearing kits to make existing accessible rooms also hearing accessible.
The Mandalay Bay reserves the right to revise the distribution of its rooms (e.g. smoking vs. non-smoking, king vs. queen, suites vs. others) though it will ensure rough proportionality in the distribution of accessible rooms as compared to the distribution of non-accessible rooms.
Mandalay Bay will offer to upgrade guests with disabilities to an accessible room in a more expensive class of room, if available, at no additional charge if they request a class of room (e.g., Type 2 suite, smoking) which has no accessible room, or has no accessible room with a roll-in shower if that type of room is requested. Guests may always upgrade to another available room at their own expense if the class of room they request has an accessible room or rooms, but the accessible rooms are temporarily sold out.
